Arc Wood & Timbers provides custom milling for large old growth timbers harvested out of Southeast Alaska. We work closely with the State of Alaska (Division of Forestry) & Federal Forest Service (USDA) to selectively harvest regulated timber sales and manufacture premium quality material. Our timbers come from tight grained, old growth logs, dating 200 - 800 years old. Arc has the capability to produce free of heart center (FOHC) timber cuts with dimensions of 20" x 36" x 40'.

The greatest advantage that Arc has with its old growth timbers is that the material can be custom milled into any size, shape, or grain orientation that you need. Arc can be your supplier for any dimension of lumber you require, from 1x4's to 20 x 30's. Arc specializes in high quality, old growth, tight grain material; which is commonly used for exposed (appearance grade) structural beam & truss packages, T&G flooring/paneling, false beam work, fascia, casework/cabinets, bridges, bevel siding, decking, trellises, etc.
